Palm Standard was built on experience, not theory. Founder John-Mark Edwards draws on fifteen years at one of Palm Beach’s most exclusive private clubs, where he learned that great service begins with reliability — every detail is handled with consistency, respect, and care. Known for aligning teams and maintaining quiet precision, he built Palm Standard on the same principles: trust, discretion, and calm execution.
Raised in the Caribbean and university educated in Hospitality & Tourism Management, John-Mark brings both warmth and operational discipline. His golf background shaped his understanding of high-touch service environments where relationships, teamwork, and timing matter.
